Privacy policy
Short version: I collect as little as I can, I don't sell anything about you, and the only thing you hand me directly is what you type into the setup form.
What you send me
When you use the Share your setup form, it sends your bike, tire, pressure, miles, notes and, if you add it, your email address. The form is handled by Formspree, which delivers it to my inbox. I may post your bike and tire details on this site. I never post your email address, and I don't sell or share it. I use it only to follow up on your report.
Amazon links
As an Amazon Associate I earn from qualifying purchases. When you click an Amazon link, Amazon may set cookies to track the visit so the commission is credited. What Amazon does with that information is covered by Amazon's own privacy notice.
Embedded videos
Some pages show YouTube videos using YouTube's privacy-enhanced mode. YouTube doesn't set its tracking cookies until you press play. Once you do, YouTube's privacy policy applies.
Hosting
The site is hosted on Cloudflare, which may log basic technical details like your IP address and browser type to keep the site running and secure.
Your browser
The site remembers which bike you picked on the home page, using storage in your own browser. It never leaves your device, and clearing your browser data removes it.
No analytics or ads, for now
The site doesn't run analytics or ad networks today. If that changes, this page will be updated first.
Do Not Track
Some browsers send a "Do Not Track" signal. This site doesn't track you across other websites, so there's nothing for that signal to turn off. The sites linked from here, like Amazon and YouTube, handle it under their own policies.
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes, the new version goes on this page with a new effective date at the top.
Kids
This site isn't meant for children under 13, and I don't knowingly collect information from them.
Questions or removal
To see what I have from you, correct it, or have a report removed, send a note through the Share your setup form and say so. I'll take care of it.
